He's still not budging! I've been after him all day, and he's just -- insistent on that! It just comes down to 'I won't save myself when someone else will have to get taken in my place' blah blah blah and -- and I don't care if someone else gets taken instead! I don't know everyone in town, but I know him. I care about him! And he's just going to --
What do I do?! How do we convince him -- I know it's getting worse! People look at me when I walk by, even when I don't have him with me! They're going to choose him! It isn't even a contest! Some foreign boy sticking it to a good Kilian girl?!
